The compliance team ensures that our games fulfil the legal and technical requirements of the markets in which we operate. How do we do this? At an early stage, by analysing legislation & technical documentation. During development, to clarify any doubts that may arise in the requirements, in the quality phase through technical validation, to confirm that the implementation complies with what is specified in the legislation. We also manage the entire formal certification process for regulated markets, which is carried out through organisations accredited by the regulators (laboratories).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Requirement elicitation from stakeholders, technical standards and/or legislation (for new or on-going projects)
In order to be able to operate in regulated markets, our software has to be certified by a third party. We are responsible for managing all stages of this process. This includes admistrative tasks, as well as challenging noncompliances, and (when necessary) amending internal requirements and handling the release of a new software version
Identify and understand customer’s project-specific demands and document them in a clear and binding way.
