As a member of the Process Management Team, you need to ensure the process is well executed at each described step while it is being continuously improved. You will validate if appropriate inputs/outputs are being produced and document the process in a usable and readable manner. Also, you will have a keen focus on producing and monitoring process KPI’s reports.
- Publish and help design new processes, procedures and templates
- Experience in continuous improvement, analyze current processes and improve them
- Create Quality reports with corporate metrics and indicators
- Enroll in the definition and implementation of new quality standards and best-practices in the company
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Degree in Computer Science
- 1 year as a Process Engineering or Process Management
