People, Interaction & Brand Team is a multidisciplinary team with responsibilities for people management, website/digital platforms and branding; The People team focuses essentially on our employees, their experience and everything that relates to them; Daily challenges are presented to attract, develop and nurture the talents that drive the company's success. With a focus on recruitment, performance management and cultivating a positive culture, the People team ensures a productive and collaborative working environment. Whether it's conflict resolution or strategic planning, this team is dedicated to cultivating employee well-being and the sustainable growth of the organization.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Building meaningful connections and promoting brand awareness within the community
  • Maintaining close contact with our workforce, being aware of their daily challenges
  • Ensuring that the People Management strategy aligns with the organization's overall business strategy
  • Collaborating on company initiatives, leading development sessions, and other internal activities such as team-building exercises to foster teamwork
  • Actively participating in both internal and external events
  • Managing end-to-end recruitments with our senior management
  • Contributing to a culture of excellence and fostering a positive team environment
  • Collaboration in defining and reviewing people management processes.

    WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field- Being eligible for the IEFP Internship Program: ATIVAR.PT
  • Degree in People Management or similar field but, above all, you really suit this job description
  • You love people and diversity
  • You can deliver a strong message adapting it to your receiver
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
